As an Information & Data Specialist at DRMP, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining the firm's marketing and pursuit information, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of marketing data, and supporting the Marketing Pursuits Team in its efforts to win new projects. This role also manages client prequalification's and vendor registrations, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Information & Data Management:
- Edit, organize, maintain, and distribute marketing and pursuit information, including brochures, project descriptions, resumes, and other marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with AP Style and DRMP's writing guide.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate marketing information and data, including client information, project details, qualifications, and research.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of marketing information and data.
- Maintain the firm's CRM system by updating records, auditing data for accuracy, and generating reports to support business development, marketing initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve information management processes, data quality, and team workflows.
2. Client Prequalification's and Vendor Registrations:
- Coordinate and maintain the firm's client prequalifications and vendor registrations for public and private sector clients.
- Manage new and existing client prequalification requirements, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions.
- Maintain supporting documentation and monitor renewal deadlines to ensure ongoing compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technical staff, business partners, and client representatives to resolve questions and obtain required information related to prequalification's and vendor registrations.
3. Pursuit & Team Support:
- Support the preparation of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), RFQs, and RFPs by ensuring marketing information, project data, and supporting materials are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve pursuit processes, information management, and overall team effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the Marketing Pursuits Team.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, with coursework or experience demonstrating strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or another CRM platform is a plus.
