The Deal Desk Representative's mandate is to support Sales and deal teams in their daily business.  Individuals in this role will use knowledge of company offerings, processes, and policies.  The successful candidate will be able to balance and prioritize multiple demands for time in a rapidly evolving environment.  This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our sales processes and Autodesk’s future success.  The key responsibilities and functions may include the following.  Other related duties may be assigned. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team which includes Data Analysts, Clients Service Specialists and Sales Managers located in major Autodesk Sales Hubs Worldwide
  • Highlight nonstandard deal components and data discrepancies
  • Guide Sales to use the correct data in Salesforce
  • Bring non-standard business model and operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organization
  • Review processes and drive optimization
  • Understanding Sales cycle and helping sales reps to minimize their task

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk or sales/deal support
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, including writing and presentation
  • Proficient with multiple applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, Salesforce.com, MS Teams, Wiki, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a proven ability to get the job done
  • Strong work ethic and quality standards
  • Dedicated to service and customer orientated
  • Comfortable in a fluid ever-changing environment
