Serko is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its partner program in the US. This role involves identifying and securing new partners in specific verticals, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, and building compelling business cases for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in SaaS, travel, or related industries, possess consultative selling skills, and be comfortable with ambiguity.

We are targeting captive-audience verticals where an intermediary books significant travel volume on behalf of others. Think claims adjusters coordinating hotel stays for displaced policyholders, or staffing agencies managing lodging for a mobile workforce. It's high-volume, long-duration, high-frequency stays.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to own this motion end-to-end: find the right partners, prove the value and close. This role reports to VP Revenue, and works closely with Product Management, Customer Success and FP&A to keep the focus on customer conversion and deal advancement.
