BURGA is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to oversee international logistics operations. This role involves ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant shipments, driving carrier performance, optimizing costs, and improving operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of customs procedures, and experience in managing logistics operations for both small parcel and freight shipments. This is a hybrid role based in Vilnius/Kaunas.
- Own carrier invoice verification and ensure billing accuracy across assigned courier partners.
- Analyze carrier pricing, support tender comparisons, and identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization.
- Oversee export/import customs documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor carrier KPIs, delivery performance, and transit times while providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, all driven by a shared love for fashion and creativity.
- Build strong relationships with courier providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes, including returns, packaging, documentation, integrations, and 3PL projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation, standardization, and process optimization.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable logistics processes across major global markets, including the US and Brazil, ensuring the efficient movement of both goods and shipping documentation.
- Manage logistics operations across both small parcel deliveries and large freight shipments, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transportation across global markets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or international courier operations, with minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of export/import customs procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in invoice verification, cost reconciliation, carrier performance analysis, or logistics cost optimization.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with international partners and cross-functional teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience with courier platforms, ERP systems, or logistics reporting tools is considered an advantage.
- A passion for logistics excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- A track record of optimizing logistics operations, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions that deliver measurable business impact.
SALARY: 4000-4500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
