Content Producer / Casting & Production Lead (Belgrade)

Blitzed is building a next-generation entertainment brand at the intersection of digital media, iGaming and technology.

We're creating original content designed for modern platforms and audiences, combining creative production with a fast-moving startup environment. As we grow, we're looking for someone to establish and lead our production capability in Belgrade.

The role

You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our production function, ensuring high-quality content is planned, produced and delivered efficiently.

This is a hands-on role where you'll recruit talent, coordinate productions, manage freelancers and continuously improve how we operate as output scales.

You'll work closely with leadership and creative teams to create new ideas, turning raw ideas into reality while helping build the systems and processes that support long-term growth.

• Build and manage our production operation in Belgrade.
• Source, recruit and manage on-camera talent.
• Coordinate freelance crew, production partners and suppliers.
• Plan production schedules and oversee shoot logistics.
• Direct and supervise productions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage studio operations, equipment and production resources.
• Coordinate wardrobe, props and production requirements where needed.
• Work closely with Creative and Marketing to strategise & execute content plans.
• Manage production budgets and external vendor relationships.
• Develop scalable production processes and operational workflows.
• Solve day-to-day production challenges to keep projects on schedule.
• Foster a professional, collaborative environment for talent and crew.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in content production, television, digital media or a related field.
• Experience managing productions from planning through delivery.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience recruiting or managing on-camera talent is highly desirable.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership.
• Willing to be hands-on and solve problems independently.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with creators, influencers or digital-first media brands.
• Background in television, live production or commercial content.
• Existing network of production freelancers and suppliers in Serbia.
• Experience building production teams or processes from scratch.
• Experience within gaming, entertainment, media or technology businesses.
• Familiarity with high-volume digital content production.

• €33,000 - €40,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
