NewRocket is seeking a Telecom Order Management Support Engineer for their Pune location. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of telecom customer orders, from receipt to activation. Key duties include validating orders, monitoring provisioning, resolving issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring SLA compliance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Telecom Operations, preferably with US Telecom, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of CRM, Order Management Systems, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and telecom services like Broadband is preferred.
