Tetra Pak is seeking a Product Development Centre (PDC) Specialist for their Gotemba, Japan facility. This role supports the PDC Specialist by assisting project leaders in customer-focused product trials within pilot plants. Responsibilities include customer consultation, equipment preparation and operation, providing technical support in process, packaging, and industrial engineering, and assisting with trial reports and feedback. The role also involves equipment management, site management (5S), and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will have native-level Japanese and daily conversational English, with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance or a related field.

今回のポジションは、PDCスペシャリストとして活躍していただく方を募集しています。
お客様向けの製品トライアル（試作・テスト）を行うパイロットプラントで、プロジェクトリーダーをサポートするポジションです。
