This is a full-time, tuition-free, earn-as-you-learn program designed to prepare you for a Washington State MA-C credential. The role offers a starting pay of $19.35/hour, increasing to $20.47/hour for the final 1,000 training hours, plus a $1,500 bonus paid in installments. Excellent attendance is crucial for this position.
