The Director, Category Finance & Investment Management will be a key owner for the Brand Finance team, focusing on Category P&L management in collaboration with Finance and Marketing. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Category P&L, including top-line, productivity, and investments to drive growth and margin opportunities for the Japan and Korea Operation Unit. The position also leads the connection between Finance and the SCM team to drive overall productivity initiatives aligned with category P&L delivery, requiring strong analytical, communication, and financial management skills.

Reports to: Senior Director, Investment Management (Based in Tokyo, Japan)
Location: Tokyo, Japan
This role will act as one of the key category owners for the Brand Finance team under Investment Management in Finance. This role will be responsible for Category P&L management in collaboration with the Finance & Marketing teams. In this context the role will be expected to manage all aspects of the Category P&L including top-line, productivity, investments. The role will contribute to growth and margin opportunities for the Japan and Korea Operation Unit which is an important contributor to the success of the company.
In addition, this role will lead the connection between Finance and the SCM team, driving the overall productivity initiative of the OU aligned to the category team P&L delivery.
