The Employee Connection Specialist will manage, verify, and submit data to Payroll teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves updating HR systems like Workday and SAP HCM, responding to employee queries via case management, and supporting self-service transactions. The specialist will collaborate with global teams to resolve HR issues, conduct data audits, and participate in People & Culture projects to improve processes. Requires 2+ years of HR shared services experience, fluency in English, and payroll-related experience.

In this role you will utilize your excellent data management and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide payroll reporting and timely responses to employee's queries.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and has interest in payroll/data administration, speaks fluent Polish and English (French will be a significant advantage) and is comfortable working in fast-paced international and challenging environment.
