Frontiers is seeking a Publishing Development Specialist to join their team in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on growing open-access journals by collaborating with researchers, launching article collections, and expanding journal portfolios. You will engage in strategic outreach, manage a sales pipeline, use AI tools for efficiency, and build professional relationships. Representing journals at conferences and events is also part of the role. The position requires fluent English, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for science and open access.

In this role, you will join our Publishing Development team to help open-access journals grow and thrive. We partner with the world's leading researchers to build collaborative networks, launch themed article collections, and expand our journal portfolios.
