S&P Global Ratings is seeking an Associate Director for its EMEA commercial team in Paris. This role involves executing sales strategy for Corporates and regional/local governments in FraBeLux, leveraging AI and automation tools for client insights and relationship management. The position requires strong market knowledge, client engagement skills, and the ability to manage the full business development cycle. The candidate will build client relationships, drive engagement, lead sales processes, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development or relationship management within financial services is required, with fluency in French and English being essential. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.

You will be part of the EMEA commercial team based in Paris reporting to the Head of Sales Southern Europe and Africa. The successful candidate is a commercially driven professional who will execute the sales strategy in FraBeLux for S&P Global Ratings across Corporates, and regional and local governments. This role requires strong market knowledge, senior client engagement skills, and the ability to manage the full business development cycle from origination through closing. As an Associate Director at Grade 12, you will take an enterprise perspective to all your work, connecting current operational activity to our wider vision while using in-depth professional knowledge to monitor external trends and develop strategic solutions.
