You will drive profitable growth and market expansion for Danfoss by building strong customer partnerships in hydraulics solutions. Your work directly influences how customers in construction and off-highway industries improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

In this role, you’ll own and grow key accounts, unlocking new opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grow sales performance across assigned accounts to meet and exceed targets.
Identify and develop opportunities within existing customers to increase share of wallet.
Build strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
Create and execute account plans to expand market presence and introduce new solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business will be advantageous.
At- least 3-5 years of proven success in a technical sales role, preferably within the Hydraulics solutions in construction / off-highway, or a related industry.
A high degree of self-motivation, determination, and resilience.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both B2B clients and internal colleagues.
Experience working effectively in a cross-cultural, matrixed organization.
