Note: the training for this position (first 3 months) will have a 100% on-site work arrangement. After that it will be hybrid (2 days in office)

As a Project Advisor, Administrative Services, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across Mail Services, Transactional Printing, and Scanning workflows. You will leverage data and analytics to improve performance, optimize processes and equipment, and support informed decision-making. Supporting the Ontario, Atlantic, and Western (OAW) region, you will collaborate closely with SMEs, Section Managers, and other stakeholders to support initiatives and influence change. While your primary focus is outside Quebec, you will also act as a point of contact for Quebec-based peers, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing. In this role, your insights will directly shape how work gets done—enhancing efficiency, strengthening operations, and supporting continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Obtain and integrate operational data through collaboration or direct extraction, then analyze data and conduct studies to provide recommendations and reporting.
- Develop and implement solutions, action plans, and process improvements that enhance processes, workflows, and equipment utilization across Mail, Print, and Scanning operations
- Lead or support projects and coordinate implementation activities
- Drive process optimization initiatives, including automation and workflow transitions
- Ensure risk management & compliance procedures are in place and adhered to
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to resolve issues and improve workflows

What you bring to the table
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement methodologies, or operational optimization
- Experience managing or supporting projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and tracking outcomes
- Experience interpreting data and translating it into actionable business insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and SMEs to deliver impactful solutions
- Intermediate knowledge of end-to-end operational workflows and processes, preferably within Mail Services, Printing, Scanning, or similar environments
- Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Intermediate knowledge of business acumen and understanding of end-to-end operational processes
- Available for travel between Aurora and Mississauga offices
