This role involves working with development teams to demonstrate how Cursor transforms developer productivity with AI, covering both fast-growing startups and mid-market deals. The executive will manage the full sales cycle, act as a product expert, build pipelines, lead multi-threaded sales cycles, and develop executive relationships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of closing experience in tech sales, preferably in developer tools or technical SaaS, and a hunter mentality with strong analytical and communication skills.

You'll work closely with engineering organizations to understand their development workflows, demonstrate how Cursor transforms developer productivity, and guide them through evaluation, implementation, and expansion. This role combines technical fluency with sales expertise to help companies reimagine how software gets built with AI.
