Gensler is seeking a Marketing Manager in Atlanta, GA, to lead marketing efforts for the Southeast region. This role involves managing and mentoring a marketing team, developing strategic proposals, and enhancing marketing processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture or design, with strong skills in team management, proposal development, and proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office. This is an onsite, full-time position.
Your Role
As a Gensler Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our office directors in Atlanta and practice leaders across the southeast to assure our marketing efforts are strategic, targeted, and represent the Gensler brand to your fullest potential. You will be responsible for growing and developing a team of marketing professionals while leading the pursuit to grow the business. You will be successful because you are skilled in managing teams, proposal development, and meeting deliverable schedules.
