Summary
The Hardware Systems Engineer will focus on iPhone Special Technology within the Hardware department. This role involves modeling, simulating, and debugging electrical systems including DC-DC converters, EMI coexistence, and power integrity. The engineer will design and analyze power delivery solutions, characterize and debug EMI/RFI issues, and perform feasibility studies and testing. Responsibilities also include providing guidance on system architecture, board layout, and factory builds, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams on power architecture and IP specifications. A key aspect is developing and improving design methodologies for robust coexistence and minimal EMI.
