What You Will Do

  • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies following work instructions, technical drawings and quality standards
  • Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and measuring instruments safely
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Support daily production targets while following safety and 5S practices
  • Coordinate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to resolve production issues
  • What You Will Learn
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
  • Basic troubleshooting and quality inspection techniques
  • Proper use of manufacturing tools and equipment
  • Lean manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement practices
  • Exposure to production processes, teamwork, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment
  • Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
  • Vocational or technical educational background is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when needed
  • Qualifications We Prefer
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions or technical drawings
  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, or testing equipment
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic
