Responsibilities include calendar management, expense processing, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and handling correspondence. The role requires excellent English communication, superior organization, strong critical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise applications. Experience with AI prompts and tools is also preferred. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience serving senior executives, preferably in banking or insurance, are required.
