Profile
Experienced Automotive Quality Leader with strong operational expertise, capable of taking immediate ownership of quality performance in a manufacturing environment. You will join a fast-paced production organization and play a key role in stabilizing quality operations, leading teams on the shopfloor, managing escalations, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
This role requires hands-on leadership rather than a traditional consulting approach. The successful candidate will actively manage operational quality activities, independently prioritize issues, drive containment actions, and ensure rigorous follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Depending on experience, opportunities may include positions such as Interim Quality Manager, Quality Area Lead, or Operational Quality Support.
Missions
- Lead and coordinate operational quality activities within the production environment.
- Take ownership of customer complaints, quality escalations, and urgent production issues.
- Implement immediate containment and corrective actions to protect customer deliveries.
- Drive root cause analysis and ensure sustainable corrective measures are established.
- Manage internal defects and improve process quality performance.
- Prioritize quality issues and coordinate action plans with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Lead and support local quality teams on the shopfloor.
- Report quality status, risks, and escalations to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements.
Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, proven experience in operational quality leadership within the automotive industry, strong hands-on experience in manufacturing and serial production environments, demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations, escalations, and containment activities, experience leading teams and driving operational performance improvements.
Experience: Significant experience in customer complaints management, fast reaction and acute quality issue resolution, internal defects management, production process quality improvement, experience with quality containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation, wiring harness manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, ability to work effectively in an international environment, French and/or Arabic are considered a plus but are not mandatory.
