The Security Task Lead (STL) provides overall leadership, coordination, and execution oversight for all security-related activities supporting DC3. The STL serves as the primary interface between the Contractor and Government for security functions, ensuring high-quality performance, compliance, and continuous operational readiness.
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
Minimum of three years of experience managing a security program of similar size and complexity.
Demonstrated experience leading security operations across multiple domains (personnel, physical, information, and program security).
Strong knowledge of DoD, Air Force, and federal security policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with SCIF operations, ICD 705 requirements, and classified environment management.
Experience managing teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders in a high-security environment.
Proven ability to identify risks, manage issues, and ensure compliance across complex operational environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with Government leadership.
