About the Role

Implement post-investment monitoring and management of debt plan issued according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for post-investment monitoring and management of debt plan issued, including post-investment management reports, information disclosure, regulatory reporting, and coordination of product valuation…etc.
  • Collect materials related to post-investment management and continuously monitor key clauses and risk indicators.
  • Responsible for product initiation and features updating.
  • Participate in principal & interests repayment, payment distribution, and drafting post-investment transaction documents (if any).
  • Participate in communication with external investors and promote the voting issues of beneficiary meetings.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university. Major in Finance/Economy/Law/Accounting preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6-year experience of debt product operation and post-investment management in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.
  • Professional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis, activity planning and written communication skills.
  • Accountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.
