NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Vision Language Model Engineer to design and build agentic data and training workflows for Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, and Medical applications. You will develop and evaluate prototypes of advanced models (VLMs, VLAs) for video search and understanding, design automated data discovery and labeling workflows, and build multimodal datasets for physical AI problems. The role involves exploring new data sources, applying AI workflows across the research lifecycle, and collaborating with research, development, and product teams. You will contribute to core NVIDIA platforms like Cosmos Dataset Search.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
