What you would work on?
- Provide general first-hand user account management support for Atlassian and Microsoft O365 services, including e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Onboarding users by setting up their accounts and configuring their hardware and software.
- Offboarding user accounts and ensuring that all data is securely removed from company systems.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Maintain IT procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare hardware for new users, including laptops, workstations, monitors, mobile phones, and others.
- Implement new technologies and systems with the L2 team.
What makes you a great candidate?
- Passion for technology and problem solving.
- Technical mindset approach to overcoming complex IT issues.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as experience with hardware and software on IT administration level.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud and Microsoft Entra (AD) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with users of all levels.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Readiness to work on-calls 24/7.
