We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate outbound sales efforts and generate high-quality opportunities within the North America market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B SaaS, outbound prospecting, and enterprise sales who thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, engaging enterprise decision-makers, and qualifying leads that contribute to a strong sales pipeline. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building meaningful customer relationships and ensuring a seamless transition of qualified opportunities through the sales cycle. This position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand customer challenges while positioning appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential enterprise customers across the North America market using outbound sales strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges, requirements, and purchasing processes.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and strategic fit before handing them over to the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, competitive insights, and target accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and relationship development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track outreach performance, pipeline metrics, and prospect engagement to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
- Develop personalized messaging and value propositions that resonate with enterprise stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market developments, customer pain points, and evolving business needs to strengthen prospecting efforts.
- Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance outbound sales processes and overall team performance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the North America market within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Proven ability to engage enterprise-level executives and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales management tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and tailor outreach accordingly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently achieving targets.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Familiarity with sales development methodologies, account-based prospecting, and enterprise sales processes is an advantage.
