Sales Manager Kosovo

(Prishtina - Kosova)

What will you do

• Manage and lead the sales team.
• Set and monitor sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Analyse sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.

 

What we expect from you

• Fluent in both English and Albanian languages
• Willingness to cover territory of Kosovo
• At least 3 years of experience in leading sales teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great Presentation skills
• Basic computer skills
• Category B driving license
• Customer oriented,
