BJAK is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to lead its brand narrative across external and internal channels. This role involves owning and executing the brand and communications strategy, leading media relations, developing key communications assets, managing brand reputation and crisis communications, and driving internal communications. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, or PR, preferably in Fintech or Technology, with a proven track record in media relations and crisis management. This is a highly visible position working closely with senior leadership.

This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership to shape how BJAK is perceived by customers, partners, media, and employees.
