SICK, a global leader in sensor solutions, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Technico Commercial Sédentaire to join their Remote Sales team. You will be responsible for advising and supporting existing clients via phone, email, and digital channels, developing commercial offers, and ensuring follow-up. Your role involves identifying client needs, proposing suitable SICK products, solutions, and services, and proactively generating new business opportunities and upselling. You will collaborate closely with the field sales team and internal departments like Technical Support and Customer Service. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer service orientation, organizational ability, and a good level of English. An interest in industrial automation and prior experience in B2B sales, customer relations, or telesales are highly valued.
