How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

HR Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the U.S. office while also supporting the Korea office, partnering with managers and employees to provide HR guidance and deliver people initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and managers to foster a high-performing culture, strengthen employee engagement, and drive business objectives.
  • Coach and advise managers on people-related matters, including performance management, employee development, organizational changes, and team effectiveness.

Employee Experience & Talent Development

  • Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across global locations, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and consistent employee experience throughout every stage of the employee journey.
  • Lead and continuously improve global onboarding programs, from preboarding through probation  evaluation completion, partnering with managers to deliver a successful onboarding experience and timely probation reviews.
  • Coordinate and continuously improve talent development programs, including performance management processes, annual review cycles, manager enablement, learning and development initiatives, and employee development programs.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure HR processes remain compliant, efficient, and scalable.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to streamline HR processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing HR workflows, implementing automation, and developing scalable policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks while supporting workplace operations that foster a productive and engaging work environment.

  • Partner effectively with global cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality People programs that support business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture where employees can thrive.

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

  • 7–8+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, People Operations, or related HR roles, with experience in fast-paced startups, global technology companies, and/or multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and managers to support organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and people-related decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle programs and company-wide HR initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and organizational changes.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
  • A process improvement mindset with experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and technology to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Strong ownership and a bias for action, with the resilience to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or global technology company.
  • Experience supporting global HR programs or partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Experience leading HR process improvement and AI-driven operational initiatives.
  • Experience designing or improving performance management, onboarding, or talent development programs.
  • Experience creating HR policies, playbooks, SOPs, or knowledge management resources.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and collaboration tools such as BambooHR, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar platforms.
