The Micron Technology IT EA SAP ERP solution team invites applications for a Full Stack Principal Analyst and Solution Architect to support Sales & Distribution and FG Logistics processing. As a highly skilled SAP Principal Analyst and Solution Architect, you will partner with business analysts, developers, product owners, and users in an agile setting. Your duty is to deliver applications that address business needs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, Logistics, warehouse management, and Global Trade modules, with a focus on current ECC, S4 HANA, and new technologies. In this capacity, you are encouraged to present highly creative solutions and demonstrate enthusiasm for user experience. ## Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze, build, and implement SAP solutions for SD/LE/EWM/GTS modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions such as production planning, finance, procurement, and manufacturing.
* Acquire a comprehensive view of business processes involving sales & distribution, FG logistics, warehousing, and global trade, improving performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance in global trade.
* Collaborate with business customers across the organization to find opportunities for process improvement and integration.
* Provide authoritative mentorship and support for SAP configuration, customization, and optimization.
* Handle SAP projects, including planning, prioritisation, and execution, to ensure timely delivery within budget.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to improve their understanding and efficient use of the SAP system.
* Keep up with the latest SAP technologies and industry research to ensure we are appropriately demonstrating new techniques while aligning with internal standards.
* Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based assistants) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across FG/Logistics and SAP processes.
* Promote adoption of AI-enabled ways of working within the team, including process simplification, automation, and intelligent insights generation.
## Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated ability working in an SAP-based production environment.
* Consistent track record of successful SAP implementations and optimizations on SD/LE, relevant experience of SAP S4 HANA, EWM, or GTS will be a plus.
* Solid grasp of integration points with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities. Eager to engage in a lively team environment to fulfill a collective target via coordinated work and determination.
* SAP certification in SD/LE and/or GTS/EWM is highly preferred.
* Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and identify high-value use cases.
