Senior Facilities Engineer to support the development and operation of new industrial facilities. This role is responsible for hands-on operational support, infrastructure development, and technical leadership in facility design and construction. Responsibilities include ensuring the availability and performance of critical infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, cleanrooms), coordinating service providers, and acting as Owner's Technical Representative during design and construction phases of a new manufacturing facility. The position requires collaboration with manufacturing teams, design offices, and contractors to align operational needs with facility design decisions.

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior Engineer, Facilities Engineer role supports the development and operation of our new industrial facilities in Koekelscheuer, including a test laboratory / SMT line (already operational) and a future large-scale manufacturing facility (“Mother Fab”) currently in design phase.This role is responsible for combining hands-on operational support, infrastructure development, and technical leadership in facility design and construction.
