Citi Security Investigative Services (CSIS) is seeking a Strategy and Portfolio Manager (PM Principal) to serve as a key strategic resource. This role involves defining and implementing the organization's strategy and establishing a comprehensive portfolio management framework. Responsibilities include strategic planning, translating strategy into actionable programs, establishing and leading a portfolio management function, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires 15+ years of experience, strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
This Strategy and Portfolio Manager (PM Principal) is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in program and project execution and adapts them for application within the relevant business. Recognized subject matter expert within strategic and programmatic execution. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication is typically required. Provides advanced judgment and conducts in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions. Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas. Significant impact on a function and/or the business through making decisions that determine technical approaches and strategies for the area.

This is a new role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CSIS. The successful candidate will act as a key strategic resource for the entire CSIS organization, with a focus on defining/implementing the organization's strategy and establishing a comprehensive portfolio management framework.
