We are a fast-growing global pet brand seeking a remote Ad Creative Specialist. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, briefing, and iterating ad creative for all platforms, owning the ad creative process, identifying winning concepts, and translating audience insights into action. This role requires a proven track record in paid ads for D2C brands, the ability to identify winning creatives, and a strong portfolio demonstrating successful ad campaigns. You'll work directly with the CEO and creators in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote freelance environment.

This is a specialist role, not a generalist one. We are looking for one thing done exceptionally well: ad creative that performs. The single most important skill: you can look at a creative before it launches and know whether it will win.
What you'll own:
- Concepting, briefing, and iterating ad creative for all ad platforms.
- Owning and streamlining the Ad Creative process with our team
- Identifying winning concepts, angles, and hooks
- Owning our target audience and translating insights into action
- Testing creative at pace and turning results into the next round of winners
- Staying ahead of creative trends and watching competitors closely
- Working directly with our CEO and our creators/editors
Non-negotiables:
- A portfolio with clear, proven results in paid ads for D2C brands. Please do not apply without having one.
- A track record of identifying winning creatives
- Specific examples of creatives you made or shaped, and the results it drove
- Experience with pet brands is a plus
