Everpure is hiring a Member of Technical Staff for Production Engineering in their Forensics team. This role focuses on maximizing the reliability and performance of storage platforms through deep-dive root-cause analysis of complex technical issues at hyperscale. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive systemic engineering improvements, develop observability and automation tools, and ensure the reliability of new firmware and hardware rollouts. This position requires strong low-level systems expertise, technical automation skills, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.

THE ROLE
As a core member of the Everpure Forensics team, your mission is to maximize the reliability and performance of our flagship storage platforms at hyperscale by driving deep-dive root-cause analysis. You will differentiate this role by looking beyond surface-level symptoms to solve complex technical puzzles where firmware intersects with the broader storage stack. Collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering, hardware, and platform teams, you will turn critical escalations into systemic engineering improvements that protect our global customers.
