Summary
You'll be a part of the Apple Product Security Team at the forefront of Apple's security impacting the breadth of Apple's ecosystem by working on immediate risks to Apple's customers. Working with some of the best security engineers in the world, you’ll have a direct positive impact on the security of Apple’s products. We're looking for a hardworking and highly motivated engineers responsible to help investigate security issues across Apple products with the goal of better safeguarding our users.
You’ll become part of an outstanding team focusing on securing iOS, tvOS, watchOS and macOS. Rooted in the Security Engineering and Architecture organization, you’ll be working with a wide variety of teams and vendors. Your influence will be felt throughout Apple's extraordinary products, such as the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch and Apple TV.

Description
You will be directly involved in Apple's response to critical issues as they arise. From reverse engineering an exploit, providing insightful analysis on vulnerabilities, creating innovative tools to help find security bugs, and collaborating with engineering teams on software issues, the job is as diverse as it is critical. This position requires someone with strong technical strengths and an enthusiastic drive to secure systems by showing how they can be broken.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Swift, or C/C++) for building robust security automation systems
Familiarity with common AI capabilities, such as function calling, and their application to security use cases
Experience with production deployment using containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
Proven ability to analyze and investigate security issues through systematic approaches and tooling
Understanding of security principles including vulnerability classes, exploit techniques, and common attack vectors
Excellent communication skills for collaborating across diverse technical teams and stakeholders
Experience developing or leveraging security tools such as fuzzers, static/dynamic analyzers, or vulnerability management platforms
Field experience in vulnerability research, incident response, or security operations
Track record of shipping tools to large user bases in enterprise environments
