Tetra Pak seeks an On Site Service Analyst in Gotemba, JP, to provide IT support for their factory site. This entry-level role involves handling incidents and requests, reinstalling computer clients, and supporting IT equipment. The analyst will also assist with remote collaboration tools, participate in global projects locally, and provide basic user training. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of IT support experience, expert knowledge of Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP hardware, and cabling. We are seeking an On Site Service Analyst who will be responsible for follow a well-established and familiar set of activities or process to derive a solution where problems and issues are generally defined within a project/service area under supervison. He/she develops by applying fundamental knowledge of work routines and standards sufficient to operate within known boundaries.
Or reactive handling of user incidents regarding the standard IT platform at a company or factory site. Responsible for delivering and installing requested IT functionality to the requesting users.This role is entry level for the technical track.
