Phoenix is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive growth by conducting media and market analysis, defining a creative testing roadmap, and collaborating with marketing teams on growth experiments. The ideal candidate has a strong growth marketing background, a blend of data and creativity, and experience developing high-performing ad creatives. This role involves market research, contributing to innovative concepts, and working within a fast-paced startup environment.
Founded in 2019, Phoenix is building the most trusted telehealth platform in Canada, making specialist healthcare accessible to every Canadian, wherever they are. Our platform breaks down barriers to care, empowering patients to take control of their health with personalized treatment options and the guidance of licensed providers.
If you thrive where big ideas turn into real impact, you'll fit right in here. We're a team of creative problem-solvers who move deliberately and collaborate in person, because we think the best work happens that way. At Phoenix, you'll find autonomy over your work, people who care about each other's success, and a mission that's making healthcare better for Canadians.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help drive Phoenix's exciting growth plans. In this role, you’ll conduct media and market analysis to define and execute a creative testing roadmap. You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing managers, media buyers and lifecycle marketers to run and test growth experiments, developing a growing understanding of the key motivators behind purchase decision making in the category.
We believe that a mix of data and creativity is key to a strong growth engine, so we’re looking for someone with a solid growth marketing background and a knack for coming up with creative ways to capture attention across different mediums.
