About the role
The Assistant Manager, Data Intelligence is a key analytical partner within the Fragrance & Beauty division, responsible for transforming complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness, retail performance, and business decision-making.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail, CRM, and Finance, you will go beyond reporting to deliver advanced analysis, scenario planning, and clear, executive-ready insights. This role plays a critical part in strengthening a data-driven culture and enabling more informed, agile, and strategic decisions across the division.

- Lead performance analysis across key business metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance for leadership decision-making

- Provide strategic insights on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and category dynamics, highlighting risks and opportunities

What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis within retail, luxury, FMCG, or similar environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end analysis (from problem framing to recommendations)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboard development
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple sources (e.g., CRM, POS, traffic, product data)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail, with strong governance mindset
- Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous
