Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data. This zero copy architecture reduces exposure, preserves data sovereignty, and allows enterprises to secure data directly where it lives.

This matters because AI adoption is increasing the risk, complexity, and urgency of enterprise data security. Before organizations can safely deploy AI agents, copilots, retrieval systems, or automated workflows, they need to know where sensitive data lives, who and what can access it, and how to enforce controls at scale.

Who you are

A UI/UX Product Designer passionate about creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. You excel in creating easy and understandable interfaces, innovating based on industry learnings without reinventing the wheel. You can easily explain and document flows, use cases, and personas, identifying areas for improvement based on feedback.

What you will do

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, customer experience and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions and encourage team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across the Qostodian platform.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the user experience continually.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs.

What your resume shows

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• 3+ years in Figma design tool.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related experience.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with DSPM and cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Bilingual, English and French
• Preference for candidates resident in Quebec.
