Australian Payments Plus (AP+) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of its payments products. The role involves defining product direction, prioritizing initiatives, and launching innovative payment solutions. Responsibilities include owning the product lifecycle, developing roadmaps, identifying opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in payments or banking, with a strong understanding of the Australian payments ecosystem and agile delivery practices.

The Purpose
Due to continued internal growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and lifecycle management of our payments products.
Working at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunities and business strategy, you will define product direction, prioritise high-impact initiatives and deliver innovative payment solutions that create value for customers and the business.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to bring products to market, optimise performance and drive continuous improvement across the payments portfolio.
