Juniper Square is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build and lead their AI-first demand generation engine. This role involves orchestrating multi-channel marketing efforts, leveraging AI for account research, intent detection, and personalized outreach. The Director will build and manage a high-performing, AI-fluent team, operationalize account targeting, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, proven success in account-based marketing, and fluency with modern GTM stacks including AI tools like Clay and Common Room.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
In this role, you’ll own everything that engages target accounts across digital, paid media, social, direct mail, web, email, and more, orchestrated as a well-coordinated, multi-touch motion. You'll work as a key part of the unified pipeline organization, helping ensure our entire go-to-market motion engages accounts cohesively across all parts of the GTM motion. The right candidate will excel at building the account-based motion AI-first, using agents and automation as core infrastructure for how the team researches accounts, detects intent, personalizes outreach, and produces campaigns.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
