PIMCO is seeking a People Operations Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Newport Beach, California. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, resolving inquiries, executing transactions, and supporting onboarding and lifecycle activities, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Role Overview
The Analyst supports the delivery of consistent and high-quality HR services. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, resolving inquiries, executing transactions, and supporting onboarding and lifecycle activities, while maintaining strong data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
