AIA International Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Governance and Control to manage operations and sustain long-term business quality within the Partnership Distribution team. This role involves designing and executing business quality frameworks, implementing controls in risk areas like intermediary selection and sales processes, and liaising with stakeholders for compliance. The position requires leading governance initiatives, driving risk assessments, managing compliance incidents, and fostering a performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will lead ad hoc projects and ensure team members meet licensing requirements. This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong.

About the Role
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.Roles and Responsibilities:

- On-going appraisal of intermediaries
- Sales & marketing and communication controls
- Compensation controls
- Sales process and business quality management
- Customer complaint and conduct management
